The Bar at CENTRO is a lively place to meet after work, before an event at the Civic Center, Temple Theater or Wells Fargo Arena or just to unwind with family, friends, clients or business associates. Our bar features great wines, an extensive selection of spirits and appetizers, and one of the city’s best Happy Hours.
CENTRO signature drink is the Limoncello, [lee-mohn-CHEH-loh], an Italian citrus-based lemon liqueur, long a staple in the lemon-producing region along the Italian Amalfi Coast in Capri and Sorrento. Chef George Formaro’s signature house made Limoncello is served well-chilled as a palate cleanser or an after dinner drink. |
